Poornanga Ventures Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and you might need to cancel a service request. This policy outlines the cancellation and refund process for our services, considering visa applications and related factors.

1. Services Covered:

This policy applies to all services offered by Poornanga Ventures, including:

• Candidate Search and Sourcing

• Screening and Interviewing

• Placement and Onboarding Assistance (including Visa Support)

2. Cancellation Process:

To cancel a service request, you must notify Poornanga Ventures in writing via email at finance @poornanga.com or by registered mail to DN 406 Sambhaji Nagar, Sangameshwar, Ratnagiri, 415611, MH-India

3. Cancellation Fees and Refunds:

Grace Period: If you change your mind after the initial security deposit payment within 48 hours, a full refund of the deposit amount will be provided without any deductions.

Employer Initiated Cancellation:

• Full Refund: You will receive a full refund if you, the employer, decide to not pursue the advertised position.

Candidate Initiated Cancellation:

• Before Visa Application:

  • Candidate Withdraws Application: A partial refund will be provided after deducting an administrative fee of INR 5,000 plus GST.

• After Final Selection by Employer:

  • Candidate Withdraws Application: A partial refund will be given after deducting fees paid to government bodies, third-party companies involved in the visa process, and an administrative fee of INR 5,000 plus GST.

Visa Rejection:

• No Liability for Prior Litigation or Financial Issues: Poornanga Ventures assumes no liability if the visa gets rejected due to the candidate's prior legal issues or financial defaults.

• Remonstration Application: We will provide one application for visa reconsideration at no additional cost if the initial application is rejected. However, no further responsibility or refund will be provided if the visa gets rejected after the remonstration application.

Fraudulent Documents:

No refund will be provided if the candidate furnishes fraudulent documents during the application process.

General:

• No refund will be given after the visa application is submitted.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days, subject to bank processing times.

4. Additional Information:

• We reserve the right to cancel any service request at any time, for any reason, with written notice to you. In such cases, we will provide a refund based on the cancellation stage as outlined above.

• This policy is subject to change at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised policy on our website.
